Therapy, for me, is a lifelong practice — rooted in deep listening, a love of learning, and honest human connection. With decades of experience, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can explore what’s weighing you down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward greater emotional clarity and resilience.

My work is centered around adults navigating stress, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. If you’re feeling stuck, unseen, or disconnected from your own needs, therapy can help you come home to yourself again.

My Approach to Therapy

I work with adults of all backgrounds, but my deepest focus is supporting women in midlife — particularly those navigating the emotional and physical toll of chronic stress, hormonal changes, life transitions, and caregiving fatigue.

This life stage is often overlooked, yet it brings with it a unique convergence of responsibilities, identity shifts, and internal questions. Whether you're facing anxiety, burnout, relationship changes, or simply feeling “off” in a way you can’t name, therapy can help you reconnect with your inner clarity and reclaim your well-being.

My style is integrative, combining time-tested methods with emerging neuroscience and body-based practices. I draw from:

  • Positive Psychology and a Growth Mindset – to support hope, motivation, and self-trust

  • Gestalt Therapy – to increase self-awareness and presence

  • Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Techniques – to help you regulate your nervous system and release stored emotional patterns

  • Mindfulness Practices – to develop compassion and grounding in the present moment

  • Bottom-Up Healing Approaches – recognizing that the body often holds what the mind can’t yet express

The body doesn’t care about the story — it cares about what’s unspoken, unprocessed, or suppressed. When we gently give voice to what’s stored, healing begins.

I also integrate modern tools and technology — including HeartMath and other nervous system tracking — to help you build internal attunement, resilience, and regulation.

I believe in the power of ancient wisdom and modern science — and in therapy that honors both.

  2. Includes assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

  3. Weekly sessions to start, with the option to taper as healing progresses

  4. In-person or virtual sessions available

  6. Support through difficult emotions as healing unfolds
